Area Vouchers are dropped by the Siegmunds that roam the Dungeons of the New World. By collecting all the vouchers in one dungeon, you can exchange them for rewards at the Area's Tombstone, usually found close to its Pioneering memorial.
Each Voucher is numbered according to the room they were acquired in, and you may only carry one of each voucher at a time.
The rewards gained from hunting the Siegmunds is random, and there is a chance of anything out of four items being rewarded. The rewards usually include 
EXP Cards, Rings, or Area Keys.
